MiPost Postal Service

As well as printing and packing millions of letters, McLays are able to sort the post before it goes into the Royal Mail network.

By doing this work ‘upstream’, it means the letters access the Royal Mail system ‘downstream’ hence, the phrase Downstream Access or ‘DSA’.

Sending letters via MiPost DSA means they are still delivered by the Royal Mail as an equivalent 2nd class pack, but for a significantly reduced postage rate. And by adhering to HMRC rules, the postage element can be treated as a disbursement which means VAT is not applicable. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
