McLays and MiPost have provided support to help send a strong Welsh team to the European Surfing Championships in the Azores.
Competitors from Wales will take part in a number of categories, including open, longboard, bodyboard, women, masters and seniors.
McLays Account Director, Mark Vaughan, said 'We get many requests for sponsorship so we try to identify areas that are often neglected by the mainstream. Surfing is one of those sports where lots of people enjoy splashing about at the beach but only a select few make it to the very top and if we can help them compete with the best in Europe we are proud to do so. We wish the team good luck and hope to see some medals!'
