When you submit an enquiry via one of our websites, we ask you for your simple information name, contact telephone number and email address.

When you purchase a product from one of our websites

When you purchase products from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address. Payments are processed directly with PayPal on their website and we have no access to any card information. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet.

We will use your information to process your order and to send you your products. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase if required.

We require this information in order to process your order and deliver your products. We record your IP address under legitimates interests for cyber-security purposes.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We keep your order information for thirty days at which point it is deleted.

When you order information from one of our websites

McLays provide services to third party organisations to enable information to be ordered by their website visitors e.g. university prospectus etc. In these instances the visitor is linked across to a McLays website page. When you order information from such linked sites online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet.

We will use your information to process your order and to send you your products. We provide the information you input back to the originating organisation to enable them to follow up your enquiry. Please refer to their website and privacy notices and policies in relation to how your information is handled.

We require this information in order to process your order and deliver the information requested. We record your IP address under legitimate interests for cyber-security purposes.

We keep your order information for no more than seven days at which point it is deleted.
